You might want to do yourself a favor - unless you are technically adept and want to spend time chasing down issues rather than getting real work done in a reliable manner with the least amount of hassle, get a cheap Intel PC to run Quickbooks on.
And you may see those same issues on Windows 11 ARM running on Fusion. Not a good situation if your livelihood depends on it.Ĭhances are if there are issues running on Parallels, then those issues could be due to running on Windows 11 ARM. If Intuit does not officially support Quickbooks on Windows 11 for ARM, they most likely have not tested it and may not help you if you should get it to work and you find a problem. Intuit really doesn't seem to want to support virtual environments. They only state that a "64-bit processor" is required, but too often than not that means an Intel processor, not an ARM architecture processor (which is what the M1 Mac is). Intuit also states that their supported configuration is that it's installed on a native environment, not emulated or virtualized. This is the really sticky part - you need to check with Intuit to make sure that QuickBooks will run and support their product on Windows 11 for ARM.
